Leek Hockey Club invests significantly into Junior Hockey. Many current and past senior club members are home won and have themselves being a product of the junior hockey development.

This is evident with one of the Club's key objectives being to "develop junior members in playing ability, tactical aspects, and sporting etiquette involved in hockey".

As well as providing various training and development sessions, Leek HC has Junior teams that compete in the following:
