The Club was awarded Club of the year following a season that saw three promotions, twelve sides fielded each Saturday and the ongoing development of a thriving junior section.

In addition, Leek Hockey Club Men's 1st XI were awarded the Open/Men's Team of the Year, recognising their unbeaten promotion season to England Hockey National League Division 1 North, their second successive promotion.

And finally, the Unsung Hero Award was won by Julian Brooks in recognition of his efforts both for Leek Hockey Club and for Midland Hockey overall.
