Team effort see's Leek Ladies 4ths Win

Fantastic effort from everyone in the ladies 4. Started off very strong with most possession in the Shrewsbury defensive half. A good first goal set Leek up with lots of positivity, moving the ball with 1-2 manoeuvres, setting up a superb goal on an incredible angle for Abby Demsen. 2-0 up at half time, second half strong and Leek stepped up to Shrewsburys change of attack, unfortunately allowing one goal to Shrewsbury, however, a fantastic game with a number of newcomers to Ladies 4 team.
All players work rate was competitive and second to none. Keeping possession and linking up to create some really intelligent play.
Well done to everyone today, we gelled, worked hard for each and all really wanted that win! Go Leek!
